Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

  • Up to 14 days before the stay: Free (full refund)

  • 13 to 8 days before the stay: 50% of the accommodation fee

  • 7 days or less before the stay: 100% of the accommodation fee

  • No show: 100% of the accommodation fee

Due to the nature of accommodation services, we cannot generally offer refunds after use. If you cancel your reservation before use and have already paid by credit card, we will refund the amount through your credit card company.
