About accommodation

Q. Is the stay accommodation only, without meals?
A. Yes. We offer accommodation only. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so you can enjoy dining out or shopping during your stay.

Q. How much is the accommodation fee?
A. Accommodation fees start from 15,000 yen (per room, per night). Prices vary depending on the number of people and the season, so please contact us for details.

Q. How many people can stay?
A. Up to three people can stay. Children are also welcome.

​

Q. Are there any child rates?
A. Preschool children are free, while elementary school students and older are charged the same as adults. Please note that we do not provide baby cots or bed guards.

Q. Can I bring pets?
A. We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.

​

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is until 10:00.

About reservations and payments

Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. We are currently preparing a reservation system. In the meantime, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Q. How do I pay?
A. You can pay by credit card. After you make a reservation request, we will send you a link for prepayment. Your reservation will be completed once you have made the payment.

Q. Are there any cancellation fees?
A. Cancellation fees will be charged from 13 days prior to your stay. Please refer to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
• Up to 14 days before the stay: Free (full refund)
• 13 to 8 days before the date of stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
• 7 days or less prior to the stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
• No show: 100% of the accommodation fee

About facilities and services

Q.Can I use Wi-Fi?
A. Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the building.

Q.Is there a parking lot?
A. Yes, we have one parking space available on the premises (free of charge, advance reservation required).

Q. Can I cook during my stay?
A. We provide a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, as well as a kitchen and cooking utensils.

Q. Can I do laundry during my stay?

A. Yes, we have a washing machine on site, perfect for longer stays.

Q. Are there any amenities?
A. Towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, body soap, etc. are provided. 

​

Q. Is smoking allowed inside the building?
A. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Guests may smoke on the balcony. Please note that no ashtrays are provided, so we kindly ask you to bring and use a portable ashtray.
